NewsBeryl ter Haar got the opportunity to present a part of her research at the 10th European Congress of Labour Law and Social Security which took place from 21-23 Septembre 2011 in Seville. She presented her research during the second session that was dedicated to the issue of Collective Bargaining Rights in Times of a Globalized Economy.
Beryl ter Haar has received the 2011 Marco Biagi Award for the paper “Soft on the Inside; Hard for the Outside. An analysis of the Legal Nature of New Forms of International Labour Law”.
On 1 September 2011 Beryl ter Haar held a lecture about the European Youth Policy in Barcelona at a seminar titled: "Social Dialogue and Youth: A love/hate relationship” organized by the European Organization of World Organization of Workers & The European Centre for Workers' Questions with support of the European Commission.
