Curriculum Vitae
Ay Ling Josaputra (LL.M, MA) studied law, major International and European Law, and Sinology at Leiden University (diplomas in 2004). She studied two years in Beijing, China. After graduation she started to work for the European Law Department as a lecturer. In 2005 Ay Ling Josaputra has been awarded a Mozaiek-subsidy of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research to carry out a PhD research. Ay Ling Josaputra is conducting a comparative legal study on combating counterfeiting and piracy in the EU and China.
