Christa Tobler wins Europe prize

Every year, the „ Neue Europäische Bewegung Schweiz (nebs)/Nouveau movement européen suisse (nomes)“ awards the Europe prize to a person who in Switzerland is active in the field of European integration. De association nominates a number of persons and the winner is then chosen by its members and other visitors of its website.


European Non-Discrimination Law

This semester the Europa Institute offers a new (LLC - optional) course on European social law and policies in the area of combating discrimination on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity and disablement.


RIO-trip 3 March – 8 March 2013

Several weeks ago, our LL.M students returned from their so called “RIO Trip”. During this annual trip, we offer our LL.M students the opportunity to visit a wide variety of institutions and organisations that operate at the heart of Europe. First, we were welcomed by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg at the European Court of Human Rights .
