- Franke van der Klaauw is a lecturer at elaw@Leiden. She read Dutch law at the University of Leiden. Franke co-ordinates education en the financial- and human resource matters of eLaw@Leiden. Her research is in the field of contract law and ICT, with specific interest for acts of law, autonomous systems and tenders. She is a member of the committee of the Dutch Association for Tender and is also a member of the editorial staff of the magazine “Tijdschrift Aanbestedingsrecht” (Magazine for Tender).
