Nico Schrijver ‘Best New Book on the United Nations and UN System’

Prof Schrijver received this honour from The Academic Council on the United Nations System for his book ‘Development without Destruction. The UN and Global Resource Management'.

At an opening meeting in New York he was pleasantly surprised by a speech, a certificate, a cheque for 1000 dollars and a number of books.
