Organisation
The expertmeeting is being organised by the Institute for Public Law of Leiden University and the VU University Amsterdam Centre for Law and Governance.

Target audience
Academics, representatives of member state authorities and private legal practitioners with an interest in the allocation of limited authorisations and grants in various fields of law. The total number of participants is limited to 50-60 persons and registration is now closed.

Format
Speeches and workshops with active participation.

Language
Plenary sessions and workshops will be in English.

Output
A book with contributions from the speakers, the chairmen, and optionally from other participants will be published after the exert meeting. Editors: Dr. Paul Adriaanse, Prof. Dr. Frank van Ommeren, Prof. Dr. Willemien den Ouden.

Registration fees
No registration or participation fees will be required (registration is now closed). Coffee, tea, and cold drinks will be served during the breaks as well as lunch.

Lodging and transportation

Participants will have to bear their own costs for transport and lodging.

Leiden University is centrally located in the city of Leiden, in the proximity of public transport. Leiden city is about 20 minutes travel from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
