Study Advisers

The Study Advisers are the first point of contact for students that circumstances which can influence study progress.

When to contact a study adviser?

Our study advisers can help you with the following:

  • Arrangements in case of circumstances that might influence study progress, such as illness, disabilities and personal circumstances
  • Choices in study planning, study progress and study delay
  • Thesis problems
  • Extension of validity of exams
  • Requests for exemptions
  • Requests for extra exam time because of personal circumstances
  • Requests for individual retakes
  • Referral to student psychologists and student deans

Depending on the nature of the question, student advisers will provide you with personal advice or they will refer you to or help you contact other advisers within our organisation.

How to contact a study adviser?

For individual sessions, please contact the Onderwijs Informatie Centrum (OIC) to make an appointment.

Appointments are scheduled based on your last name, last names starting with:

  • C - H, Mrs. van Loon
  • I - O , Mrs. Dikken
  • P - U, Mrs. Wildenburg

Appointments can be scheduled for the following days: 

Monday: between 10.00-12.00 hrs (Dikken, De Leeuw, Van Loon, Wildenburg)
Tuesday: between 9.30 - 12.00 hrs (De Leeuw, Van Loon, Wildenburg)
Wednesday: between 13.30 - 16.00 hrs (Dikken, De Leeuw, Wildenburg)
Thursday: between 09.30 - 12.00 hrs (Dikken)
Friday: between 09.30 - 12.00 hrs (Van Loon)
